Responsible for spreading the message of social impact, love, and community for a progressive, lively organization in downtown Minneapolis. Own strategy for marketing campaigns, planning marketing and communication calendar, development, and execution of marketing initiatives. Including initiatives to promote Racial Justice, LGBTQIA+ advocacy, Immigration Rights and Environmental Justice. Design and manage collateral for all supporting materials.
Creation of beautiful works of fine art that tells a story and connects with the viewer on a personal, emotional level. Leveraged these skills to bring artwork into the lives and homes of individuals through fun in-person events teaching the skill of painting.

• Led development of strategy to implement digital signing in new facility. Facilitated planning across 8 departments, produced 135 digital signs, videos, and infographics maintaining brand identity.
• Managed in-person experience in new building through creation of signing, interactive experiences, educational opportunities, and traffic patterns. Oversaw development of 1400 signs through creative services, and vendors for cohesive, high-energy experience.
• Enhanced design and art direction of annual fundraising gala with interactive walk-through experience. Resulted in increased publicity and attendance.
